Becoming a Member
You can support the Clare Valley Wine & Wilderness Trail financially by becoming a member.
The CVWWT is a non for profit community group & 100% of the money raised through the memberships goes to maintaining the trail, it pays for things like;
- Fence Stiles
- Signage
- Trail Marker Posts
- Concrete for sign and stile installation
- Insurance
- Map making & updates
In addition to providing financial support, members also access free guided walks on the trail throughout the membership year, in a full year we complete the whole trail.
Monthly Guided Walks
On the 4th Sunday of every month we provide guided walks to our members. In 12 months we complete the full 110 km of trail!
- Members receive a monthly email detailing the walk for the month. The start and finish points.
- Walks are usually around 9-10 km and will start at 9am (may change due to weather conditions).
- We will organise transport back to the start of the trail to pick up your car.
Membership Details
Who can join?
Anyone who enjoys a walk (and a talk) with like minded people. Built up your walking fitness over 12 months. Groups can be split in different levels of walking. Families Welcome, children under 10 need to be in the company of an adult. Sorry no dogs allowed as the trail goes through lots of private property and some conservation park.
Membership cost?
The cost of membership is $60 per adult, children under 18 are free.
Membership period?
The membership runs from the 1st January to 31st December each year. If you are joining part way through this period, the cost is still $60, your donation is appreciated.
